    I am a qualified Coach with extensive experience in teaching mindfulness and compassion practices. My passion lies in helping individuals and organisations develop sustainable wellbeing strategies through evidence-based personal resilience and mindfulness approaches.

    With over 20 years experience in workplace wellbeing, I bring both academic rigor and practical wisdom to my teaching. Wellbeing coaching helps you create lasting healthy habits, whether for weight control, ADHD, Stress management or Anxiety.     Mindfulness

    Mindfulness is a state of being more attuned and leads to greater Emotional Intelligence and regulation. It develops the capacity to be in the present moment. Mindfulness helps us live life to the full by cultivating the ability to step outside our automatic patterns and see how difficult emotions and states arise, how they operate, and find more conscious, constructive approaches to responding to life's many challenges, including managing stress, anxiety and depression.

    The Science

    There exists a wealth of research supporting the benefits of mindfulness for both mental and physical health. Studies have shown that regular mindfulness practice can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression while improving overall well-being.

    Neuroscience research demonstrates that mindfulness literally changes the brain. Regular practice can increase gray matter density in areas associated with learning, memory, and emotional regulation, while reducing activity in the amygdala - our brain's alarm system.

    Cognitive research shows how mindfulness improves attention and focus and reduces anxiety and depression.
