Mindfulness is a state of being more attuned and leads to greater Emotional Intelligence and regulation. It develops the capacity to be in the present moment. Mindfulness helps us live life to the full by cultivating the ability to step outside our automatic patterns and see how difficult emotions and states arise, how they operate, and find more conscious, constructive approaches to responding to life's many challenges, including managing stress, anxiety and depression.

I joined the programme as a way of trying to sleep better. The programme has been successful as I am now sleeping better & having better concentration due to better sleep, ability to cope with stress better. I don’t get as anxious as I did previously.
